Environmental Contractor’s/Consultant’s Package Policy

Our Environmental Package policy combines Commercial General Liability coverage with Contractor’s Pollution Liability and/or Environmental Consultant’s Professional Liability coverage in one convenient policy.  The combined policy is written on an ISO commercial general liability (2004 Edition) form, which through separate coverage part endorsements provide contractor’s  pollution coverage and/or environmental consultant’s professional which include coverage for bodily injury, clean-up costs and property damage arising from operations/services of the policyholder.  Our Environmental Package Policy also provides many coverage enhancements such as defense costs in addition to limits, per project limits, fungi, microbial matter and mold included in the definition of pollutants, transportation pollution liability as well as blanket (where required by written contract) additional insured, primary/non-contributory and waiver of subrogation.  Occurrence or claims made general liability and pollution liability coverage is available.  Professional liability coverage is offered on a claims made basis only.  We can offer  limits up to $11 million per occurrence and $11 million aggregate either on a primary basis or combination primary with follow form excess liability.   Minimum premiums begin at $1,500 with deductibles as low as $1,000.  Coverage is available in all states except New York.

Environmental contractors and consultants with revenues generally under $10 million with 50% or more of revenues derived from environmental services.

• Other Environmental Contractors that perform clean-up, abatement, remediation, removal, excavation, containment, treatment, detoxification or neutralization of existing pollution conditions
• Other Environmental Consultants that perform testing, monitoring or investigation of pollutants, including the design of systems and protocols for the testing, monitoring, investigation, clean-up, abatement, remediation, containment, treatment, detoxification or neutralization of pollutants.

• Copy of Health and Safety Plan
• Past Project History
• Five years of currently valued loss history
• Standard contracts used for subcontractors
• Training certificates for all employees applicable to services provided
